Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Biz Secure Labs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information through the Krypton System Insights iOS application (the "App").

Krypton System Insights is an organization‑managed device‑insight and asset‑monitoring application. It is installed on devices that belong to, or are managed by, an organization that has registered with us, and it reports device information to that organization via our servers at https://ksi.kryptoneb.com. By registering and using the App, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Who this App is for

Krypton System Insights is intended for devices enrolled by an organization for management and monitoring purposes. When you register or sign in, the device is linked to your organization's account. Your organization is the data controller for the information collected from managed devices; we process that information on their behalf and for the App's stated functionality.

2. Information we collect

Account & registration information (you provide this): full name, organization name, email address, mobile number, city, district, state, and an optional dealer code.

Device identifiers: iOS identifierForVendor, a generated per‑install agent identifier, device name, product type, and the organization ID and licence key issued on registration.

Device telemetry / diagnostics: model, iOS version, CPU, memory (RAM), storage capacity and usage, battery level and state, network / Wi‑Fi status, connected camera hardware, motion‑sensor readings, and this App's bundle information.

Location information: approximate and precise GPS location (latitude/longitude) with battery level and a timestamp. Background location: the App is designed to report device location periodically, including while it is in the background, so the managing organization can locate and monitor enrolled devices. The reporting interval is controlled by our server (typically every 15 minutes). See Section 5.

We do not collect your photos, messages, contacts, browsing history, health data, or financial data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

3. How we use information

  • To register and activate your device and validate its licence
  • To display real‑time device insights within the App
  • To transmit device telemetry and location to the managing organization for asset management, monitoring, security, and support
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service

4. How information is shared

  • With your organization — telemetry, identifiers, and location from a managed device are made available to the organization that enrolled it.
  • Service providers / hosting — data is transmitted to and stored on our backend (ksi.kryptoneb.com) and associated hosting providers acting on our behalf.
  • Legal — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

5. Location — purpose and control

Location is used solely to let the managing organization locate and monitor enrolled devices for asset‑management and security purposes. It is not used for advertising or profiling. iOS asks for your permission before any location is accessed, and you can change or revoke it any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services. Revoking location permission stops location reporting; other features continue to work.

6. Data retention

We retain registration data, identifiers, telemetry, and location for as long as the device remains enrolled with your organization and as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Your organization may set its own retention rules. You may request deletion (Section 7).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because your organization controls the enrolled device's data, please direct such requests to your organization; you may also contact us and we will assist or route the request appropriately.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children and is intended for organization‑managed devices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law).

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in the country where our servers or service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in‑app or other notice.
